Cancellations & Returns policy
If you are a consumer then for most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unused intact and in a re-saleable condition.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the products (including the initial standard delivery charge within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products, provided that you have returned the products to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when returning items via post.

Please note that if you made your purchase through one of our stockists, then any return will need to be made in accordance with their returns/cancellation policy and should not be returned directly to us.
